011. Refundable vs Non-Refundable Fares
Each fare or rate clearly indicates whether it is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable. Please check before completing your booking.

- Airline / supplier fee — as per the supplier's fare rules.
- HPA AYAT TOUR AND TRAVELS service fee — a small fixed amount to cover processing.

Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 7–21 business days. For bank transfers, timing depends on your bank.
