2. Recent 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm size photo with Matt Paper 2 Copy

5. Bank Solvency Certificate
6. Original Bank statement for the last 6 months. Minimum Balance Taka 6,00,000/-
7. Tax return copies of last 3 years (English Notarized)
8. Tin Certificate
For Businessman
1. Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English
2. Letterhead Pad 2 copy
3. Visiting Card
4. Membership, Memorandum, Incorporation, Export and Import Certificate (if applicable)
5. BIN
For Job Holder
1. N.O.C or G.O Letter
2. Office ID Card & Visiting Card
3. Salary Certificate
Additional Requirements
1. Student ID Card and leave letter for Students
2. Birth Certificate for Infant
3. Marriage Certificate for Newly Married Couple Whose Spouse Name is not Written in Passport
