- Original Passport (Validity should be at least 09 Months from the date of departure)
- Photocopies of all passports
- 02 Copies Recent Photo (2 Inch* 1.4 Inch*), White Background
- NID (English Notarized)
- Tax Return Copies of Last 3 Years with Payment Receipt (English Notarized)
- Marriage Certificate (If Applying with Spouse)
- GD Copy If Any Lost Passport (English Notarized)
- Original Affidavit (If Any Name Changes in Previous Passport)
- For Businessman
- Trade license (English notarized)
- Personal & Company Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate (Last 06 Months)
- Visiting Card
- Company Pad (2/3 copies)
- Membership, Memorandum, Incorporation, Export, Import Certificate, BIN (If Applicable)
- For Job Holder
- NOC and Salary Certificates are mandatory
- Personal/Salary Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate (Last 3 Months)
